5AM.
I remembered I have a (kind of sad) "exercise room"--or closet haha--in my building, but hey! I'm taking what I can get.
So! It's gonna be tight. And it's not as thorough as I'd prefer. But thankfully my Companion has been known to multiple a few loaves to feed thousands. I'm confident He can work with my half hour or so morning workouts.
5:00a - bike (cause they have bike, elliptical about to fall apart, and press bench), plank, stretch
5:30-6:30a - breakfast, scripture study, shower/get ready
6:30a-7:35a - Korean classes
7:40a-8:00a - head to work
8:00a - 4:00p - work, online adjuncting, ATD course
4:00p - 6:00p - (ish) errands and dinner
6:00p - 9:00p - (ish) YW/service/friends, prepare lunch, mask and drama
9:00p - 10:00p - (ish) SLEEEEP~!!!!
