It's funny how the more you do something the easier it truly gets...
Like working hard to shape the best stone you have to offer, and then waiting to see if this will maintain a Brother-of-Jared narrative and end with the Lord lighting it. Or if it's actually been a Nephi-retrieving-the-plates adventure and you have about three three more tries before you get it "right."
Or like trusting God that whether it's a Brother-of-Jared or Nephi-Retrieval, it'll all work out. And not just work out but work together for my good.
Or like embracing the wait with a tub of rocky road ice cream and a romantic movie with a magnificent midwest thunder/lightening storm in the backdrop!
Yup, it definitely get's easier.... :)
