Six for six!
Boy was my body achy last week. Haha. But it was a good kind of achy (except for the ma'i magnifying aging joints aches). I can finally walk up and down stairs without any problems. So I'm excited for another week of physical activity and strength training.
My current schedule is as follows:
Monday: Swimming and strength training
Tuesday: Strength training and dance class
Wednesday: Swimming and strength training
Thursday: Strength training and dance class
Friday Swimming and strength training
Saturday Strength training and dance class
I was blessed with Dad's flexibility so I wanna give myself another week or so before I try and start going to the Monday/Wednesday yoga classes.
But all in all, I enjoy the time and the gym and I'm grateful for the opportunity.
